Re blocking people; I blocked the same person about 20 times yesterday, and I know the same has happened with others with this same user. Why the heck can twitter not get this sorted. Nmaes like horny_hottie, or britney blah blah are constant, with random letters/numbers only different in each account. Seems a simple enough thing to end it for twitter??

Something else I notice is, as soon as I see a bot or spammer, I block them. If I am not online they have often been blocked anyway. However, I know at least one of my followers NEVER blocks them, and worries her follow count goes down if twitter delete spam/bot accounts. Clearly, these spammers increase her follow numbers. How do they continue to stay on her list? Beats me why anyone would want such idiots on their follow list anyway, it doesn't look good to me.

Guess it takes all sorts to make a world, same for a twitterverse.

I agree, but it is the way of the world, alas. It's a greed/blame culture, which is a pretty unpleasant combination.

Re:The Burglary yeah, because the people who live on his actual street and would be in the vicinity to do such a thing wouldn't have noticed him not at home or had any idea he had valuable equipment at home.

Of course, I do advise caution with what you say online but it drives me a little nutty when people get hysterical about the dangers online and think nothing of all the information they broadcast offline.
