TwitterForBusyPeople is useful if you’re rushed but it doesn’t improve the social aspect of the platform. If anything it further hinders it, as the site is entirely one-way. What I’m proposing is an analytics tool that reveals/exposes who amongst your network are the best/worst socialisers.

It’s frustrating when no one converses. 90% of what I say is something that I hope provokes a response. The rest is just trying to make people laugh or inform.
