Check to make sure you have the right one as it's an easy mistake to make. :) Otherwise, re-install Adobe AIR, as that might be the issue, too.Alternatively, you might want to try Seesmic Desktop, which is currently my client of choice.Glad the article was of help. :)

If you recently changed your password, you’ll need to make sure you change that within TweetDeck, too. I am going to continue reading your articles to become better at all of this.I have been having major problems with TweetDeck. I can no longer tweet from it for some reason and can't reseve DM's nor replies. Not sure what exactly is going on and have even deleted the program from my laptop then reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Frustrating!

Thank you! I do think that auto-followers remove the need to keep up-to-speed with new folk following you although as you say, certainly in the early days of being a Twitter user, it's manageable to do it manually. One of my biggest 'problems' on Twitter is I can get very easily annoyed by people posting what is, at least from my perspective, 'nonsense'. It might sound a bit snobby but there's a lot of hippy-drippy stuff on Twitter and there's only so many times you can read some platitude about making the most of your day before it has the opposite effect. :DBecause of this, and because I quickly remove anyone posting anything remotely like spam, I don't have any problems using an auto-follow, although as you tend to attract followers exponentially in relation to your popularity it may be an issue down the line.Cheers for your comments. :)

I agree for the most part, Mark.
